Change of Mind Returns

  • You may return your Sauna hat within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
     

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
     

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your Sauna hat is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law. In these cases:

  • We will cover return shipping costs.

  • You may choose a refund, replacement, or repair, where applicable.
